We all know someone with autism.  We all know children who’ve walked this path and parents who’ve learned to navigate this road.  But do we really know their story?  Do we know what kinds of trials and tribulations they’ve walked through?  Can we see past the outward signs and into the soul of a human being?  This podcast was one of my all time favorites because Jonathan and I got to sit and listen to Chelsea Asaro, Outreach Specialist at the National Foundation for Autism Research and our own Lesley Hyatt, occupational therapist, as they told stories of what autism looks like when you get below the surface.  You’ll love it

If you want to get a hold of Chelsea for more information, you can reach her at the National Foundation for Autism
